BOOKING CONDITIONS

General information

After you have made your reservation you will receive a booking confirmation in form of a deposit invoice. The deposit is 20% of the total amount for a minimum stay of 3 nights. After we received your deposit (within 7 days) you will receive a confirmation and the booking is final. The remaining amount will be paid 4 weeks (30 days) before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations or changes which take place up to 4 weeks (30 days) before the date of arrival, 40% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations or changes which take place up to 3 weeks (21 days) before the date of arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged. If you cancel or change within 2 weeks (14 days) or do not show up on the day of arrival, 100% will be charged. By paying the deposit, you agree to the following terms.

- Animals are not allowed

- All rooms are non-smoking rooms!

- Check-in from 3 pm

- Check-out until 11 am

- caused damage will be charged by invoice
